NUTTY CHEESE BALL image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 C. shredded sharp cheddar
1 C. shredded swiss
1 (8 oz.) package light cream cheese
2 T. chopped chives
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C. finely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Beat together all ingredients exempt pecans with electric mixer on med-low speed (about 1 min. or until well blended) Transfer mixture to large sheet of waxed paper. Shape into a ball, then roll ball in chopped pecans. Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate until serving time. Eat with crackers and vegetables
