2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped pickled beet
1/4 cup chopped sweet gherkin
1 tablespoon capers, chopped (optional)
2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
12 fluid ounces pilsner beer

Steps:

  • In a medium sauté pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil.
