Norma's Hot Buttered Rum Sauce image

I have used this sauce for many years during the Holidays and family and friends always ask for the recipe. Of course I made another batch just for the kids and omitted the rum. It is also good over warm spice cake. I have also made this and gave it as a gift when invited to a friends house during the Holidays.
