Number Of Ingredients 9

medium 2pads fresh nopales}cactus leaves}
1/2 medium onion,chopped
1 medium bell pepper,chopped
2 medium jalapenos,seeded and chopped
1 - poblano pepper seeded and chopped
1/4 - cup cilantro,chopped
1 medium firm roma tomato,chopped
- salt and pepper
2 - limes,each cut into 8 wedges

Steps:

  • combine nopales,onion,bell pepper,jalapenos,poblan,cilantro,and tomato,in large serving bowl.
  • Chill until ready to serve with lime and chips.
