NOODLE PUDDING/JEWISH LASAGNA image

Yield Makes 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pound extra wide noodles, cooked and drained
½ pound cream cheese, softened
¼ pound cottage cheese
½ pint sour cream
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 large beaten eggs
1 ½ sticks margarine, melted
1 cup golden raisins (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 Spray baking dish with PAM or other non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients together while the noodles are cooking. Add noodles, mix well. Bake for 45-55 minutes in a rectangular glass baking dish. When done, remove from oven and cover with wax paper until ready to serve.
