NOODLE PUDDING image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb pkg noodles
16 oz sour cream
1/2 lb cream cheese
1/2 lb cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
5 eggs
raisins
Topping:
1/4 lb butter, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 t cinnamon, 1 cup crushed cornflakes

Steps:

  • Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, milk & eggs together. Add raisins, salt to taste, noodles. Spray a 3 qt casserole dish and pour in ingredients. Topping: Melt butter, mix with other ingredients, spread on top. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs. If freezing, bake for 1 hour, freeze, then 3/4 hour when defrosted.
