Steps:
- 1. Combine melted butter, soy and pepper sauce; drizzle over noodles.
- 2. Toss lightly until noodles are well-coated.
- 3. Sprinkle noodles with celery salt and onion powder.
- 4. Again, toss until well mixed.
- 5. Place on a baking sheet and toast at 275 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.
- 6. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
