Nonnies Date Balls image

I love these Date Balls. My Mom made them for years. They are one of my favorite recipes.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 stick margarine
1 egg
1 pkg (8oz)dates..chopped
3-4 c rice krispies
coconut

Steps:

  • 1. Cook eggs,dates,margarine over low heat until thickened. Let cool. Mix with Rice Krispies and form into balls(1") Roll in coconut.
