Steps:
- Place bread cubes in a well buttered 3-quart baking dish. Bring evaporated milk and whole milk to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and butter until melted. Add raisins and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat eggs; stir in vanilla. Combine the egg and milk mixture. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour mixture over bread cubes and let stand 10 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed. Place dish in large roasting pan. Carefull fill pan with boiling water until it reaches 1". Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for approx 50-60 minutes until pudding is puffed and golden browned.
