NO NAME DESSERT - APRICOT FILLING image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. toasted walnut, chopped
1/4 c. honey
2 T. orange juice and all the zest from orange
1 t. cardamom

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in saucepan and cook a bit. Cool and refrigerate. Fill phylo when ready to serve. Filling can be at room temp or warmed. Will probably need a bit of whipped cream on top.
