Number Of Ingredients 6

3 T. olive oil
1.5 c. warm water
1 T. instant yeast
1.25 t. salt
3.25 c. Unbleached flour
Italian seasoning or dried herbs

Steps:

  • Lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Drizzle 1 T. oil in the bottom and tilt to spread. Combine water with yeast in a bowl. Add reaming oil, salt, and flour then beat on high for 60 seconds. Scoop the sticky batter into the prepared pan. Let it rise until puffy, 60 - 90 min. Preheat oven to 375*. Drizzle olive oil and seasonings. Bake until golden about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand 5 minutes, then tuen it out of the pan onto a rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
