Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl mix together the pudding mix, cool whip, and milk. In a 9x13 pan place the graham crackers in the pan, you may have to break some of the crackers to completely cover the bottom.
- 2. Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers, then top with more of the graham crackers. Then pudding again and finally graham crackers.
- 3. Mix together the ingredients for the frosting and spread on top of the cake. Cover and chill 4 hours. Taste better the next day if there's any left.
