NEST EGGS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

Each Nest:
 2-3 thin slices of ham
 1 egg
 1 tbsp of cream
 1 tbsp grated Swiss cheese
 Sprinkle of basil
 English muffin

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F Grease large muffin tins. Place ham in bottom. Then add egg, then cream, then cheese, then basil. Bake 20 minutes. Serve on buttered English muffin.  Put water in empty muffin spots to prevent damage
