Nesco Roast-Air Turkey Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 1

14 - 22 pound turkey seasoned your preferred method

Steps:

  • Preheat Nesco roaster oven to 450 with rack removed. Place turkey on rack, set rack in preheated cookwell. Cover. Plug in air-fan motor on cover. Air-roast 1 hour. Reduce temperature to 425. Determine total length of air-roasting time at 10 1/2 - 12 minutes per pound or until internal temperature of meat reaches 180 on meat thermometer in thickest part of thigh muscle. Let turkey stand 10 minutes before slicing. If turkey is done before serving time, simply unplug air-fan motor on cover and reduce temperature to 200.
