Steps:
- 1. Mix all wet ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 2. In separate bowl mix together dry ingredients.
- 3. Add dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- 4. Grease loaf pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
