Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Microwave 2 oz. chocolate and 3 Tbsp. butter in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add graham crumbs, coconut, nuts and egg; mix well.
- Press crumb mixture onto bottoms of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, adding about 1 Tbsp. crumb mixture to each cup. Bake 8 min. Cool completely.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended. (Pudding will be thick.) Fold in COOL WHIP. Spoon over crusts, adding about 1 Tbsp. pudding mixture to each crust. Smooth tops with back of spoon.
- Microwave remaining chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 to 3 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over pudding layers, adding about 1 tsp. chocolate mixture to each cup.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
