1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), divided
1/4 cup butter, softened, divided
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup chopped walnut halves
1 egg
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1-1/4 cups cold milk
1-1/2 cups (about 1/2 of 8-oz. tub) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Microwave 2 oz. chocolate and 3 Tbsp. butter in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add graham crumbs, coconut, nuts and egg; mix well.
  • Press crumb mixture onto bottoms of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, adding about 1 Tbsp. crumb mixture to each cup. Bake 8 min. Cool completely.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended. (Pudding will be thick.) Fold in COOL WHIP. Spoon over crusts, adding about 1 Tbsp. pudding mixture to each crust. Smooth tops with back of spoon.
  • Microwave remaining chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 to 3 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over pudding layers, adding about 1 tsp. chocolate mixture to each cup.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
