MY WAY SWEEDISH MEATBALLS image

AGAIN LAST NIGHT I WAS SCROUNGING AROUND THE DEEP FREEZE TO FIND SOMETHING TO MAKE FOR DINNER. I HAD FROZEN MEATBALLS SO HERE YOU GO "MY WAY MEAT BALLS."

20-25 frozen italian meatballs
1 c beef broth
2 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c sour cream
1/2 c milk
1 pkg noodles
pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. IN A FRYING PAN, COMBINE OLIVE OIL AND MEATBALLS. STIR FRY.
  • 2. ADD BROTH AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES. ADD SOUR CREAM, MILK, CREAM OF CELERY & PEPPER.
  • 3. SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES. COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
  • 4. POUR MEATBALLS OVER NOODLES AND ENJOY!!
