I saw a lady make this recipe on television one day about 30 years ago and I've been using it ever since for one of my Thanksgiving sides. 1 large bag frozen corn, no need to thaw
1 8 oz. container whipped cream cheese with or without chives (or one 8 oz. block of cream cheese)
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Spray large casserole dish. Place frozen corn in casserole and mix together with cream cheese until well mixed. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper to taste. Shake a little paprika over top of entire casserole, cover with a lid and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35-40 minutes.
