Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl& beat for 5 minutes or until well mixed.
- 2. Pour into a lightly greased 10 inch tube pan.Bake for about 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 3. Cool cake in pan on a cooling rack. then flip out of pan. Best served at room temperature or slightly chilled. Serve with slicd peaches, strawberries or fuit of your choice.
