Steps:
- Fry bacon; remove from pan. Crumble; set aside. Brown onion in drippings until translucent. Add potatoes and brown, stirring frequently. Barely cover with water. Add salt and pepper to taste; cover pan and cook until potatoes are just tender. Add parsley and nutmeg. Add Half & Half, sherry and bacon crumbles. Turn heat to low; simmer for 15 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper.
