MY BEER BREAD image

I MAKE A BATCH OF MY BEER CHEESE UP AND SPREAD IT OVER MY BEER BREAD. SO SIMPLE AND SO GOOD.

3 cup(s) self rising flour
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
12 ounce(s) beer ( don't use light beer)_
1/4 cup(s) butter

Steps:

  • PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350. GREASE BREAD LOAF PAN. MIX FLOUR, SUGAR AND BEER. POUR IN PAN AND BAKE 25 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN.
  • MELT BUTTER AND BRUSH OVER TOP OOF BREAD. RETURN TO OVEN AND BAKE ANOTHER 25 MINUTES.
  • COOL 20-25 MINUTES BEFORE CUTTING
