MUSTARD ROASTED FISH image

4 8 oz. fish fillets
8 oz. creme fraiche
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
2 tbsp. shallots (minced)
2 tsp. drained capers

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Place fish fillets skin side down in oven safe baking dish. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. 3. Combine creme fraiche, both mustards, shallots, capers, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper in a small bowl. Spoon sauce evenly to cover fillets. 4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until just barely done.
