Steps:
- Heat grill, or preheat oven to 400 and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix together mustard, 1 T cilantro, mayonnaise and maple syrup in a bowl. Sprinkle salmon with 1/4 t each salt and pepper. Spread the mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Grill until just cooked through, 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro and serve.
