Steps:
- 1. Chop garlic and fry in 2 T oil until golden brown. 2. Add mushrooms and fry. 3. Add oyster sauce. 4. Add sugar and salt. 5. Add fish sauce and soy sauce. 6. Add green leaves from green onions. 7. Serve with rice.
