MUSHROOM CHICKEN IN SOUR CREAM SAUCE image

•1-1/2 tsp salt
•1/4 tsp pepper
•1/2 tsp paprika
•1/4 tsp lemon pepper
•2 Tbsps minced garlic
•6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
•1 10-3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
•1 8-oz container sour cream
•1/2 cup dry white wine
•2 4-oz cans mushrooms, sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Combine salt, pepper, paprika, lemon pepper, and garlic powder (or minced garlic). Rub over chicken. Place in slow cooker. 2. Combine soup, sour cream, and wine. Stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken. 3. Cover. Cook on Low 6-8 hours.
