Mrs. B's Pineapple Casserole image

My sister-in-law's mom, Evelyn Brandenberger, whom I always called "Mrs. B", made this every Thanksgiving. It is simply delicious! And it's very easy too! Now that she has graduated to Heaven, her daughters & granddaughters are making sure the tradition continues.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup(s) butter
3/4 cup(s) sugar
3 - eggs, beaten
pinch(es) salt
1 can(s) (large) crushed pineapple
6 slice(s) bread, cubed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole lightly with non-stick spray
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar
  • Add eggs and beat
  • Add other ingredients. Mix well
  • Pour into casserole dish and bake for 40 to 50 minutes
