My sister-in-law's mom, Evelyn Brandenberger, whom I always called "Mrs. B", made this every Thanksgiving. It is simply delicious! And it's very easy too! Now that she has graduated to Heaven, her daughters & granddaughters are making sure the tradition continues.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole lightly with non-stick spray
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar
- Add eggs and beat
- Add other ingredients. Mix well
- Pour into casserole dish and bake for 40 to 50 minutes
