Mozzarella Dip image

Between the mayo and the sour cream and the mozzarella and the Parmesan, we're wondering if this isn't the creamiest, cheesiest dip EVER.

Yield Makes 1 cup dip or 8 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 15 crackers each.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers, divided
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Parmesan-garlic thin woven wheat crackers

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except 1 tsp. of the peppers and the crackers until well blended; spoon into serving bowl.
  • Top with remaining peppers.
  • Serve with the crackers.
