Mouth Watering Meatballs image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb ground beef
2 cups torn white bread - small pieces
1 package dried onion soup
1 1/2 Tablespoons dried chopped parsley
1 egg
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup grape jelly

Steps:

  • Knead beef, bread, onion soup, parsley and egg until completely mix. Roll into small meatballs and place into baking dish.
  • Mix ketchup, lemon juice and jelly together and pour over meatballs.
  • Place in 375°F oven for 45 minutes.
