Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pound(s) hash brown potatoes
1 cup(s) sour cream
2 can(s) mushroom soup
- grated onion or finely chopped
2 cup(s) grated cheese, chedar
- salt (use less because soup has a lot of salt) and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Oven: 350 degrees Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Top with parmigian cheese
