MOROCCAN ORANGE SALAD* image

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 navel oranges
1 Tablespoon orange flower water
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (to taste)
1 teaspoon mild honey such as clover
pinch nutmeg
chopped fresh mint for garnish
pomegranate seeds for garnish

Steps:

  • Cut away skin and pith of the oranges with a small sharp knife. Hold over bowl to catch juice. Slice oranges into rounds. Combine orange flower water, cinnamon and honey and toss with orange slices. Sprinkle with nutmeg and chill. Garnish with mint and pomegranate seeds.
