Steps:
- Take rice flour in avessel and add the whisked buttermilk and salt and mix well ensuring there are no lumps.
- In a pan add Sesame oil and mustard,urad dal,channa dal,asafoetida,red chillies,mor milagai and lastly curry leaves.
- Now add the buttermilk-rice flour mixture and stir well.Mix the batter well and allow it to cook in alow flame.
- You can check by touching with your hands whether it is cooked or not.When it leaves the sides of the pan it means Mor kuzhu is done.
- You can serve as it is or by putting in aa cake pan and turning it upside down and cutting it into squares.
