Gorgonzola Spread **
Pepperoncini
Mozzarella
Provolone
Cheddar
Salami
Pepperoni
Linguica (Portuguese sausage)
Bread
** 1 part Gorgonzola to 8 parts Cream Cheese plus a little milk to process

Steps:

  • Top Slice: Spread Golden Pear Chutney and top with cheeses. Bottom Slice: Slather with Gorgonzola Spread and top with meats. Broil till cheese is melted, and meat is beginning to crisp. Add pepperoncini, and grill in a sandwich press.
