1 cup(s) unsalted butter, softened
2 - eggs
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- gel food coloring
1 - container 1 ounces white or vanilla frosting

  • Whisk flour and salt in medium bowl. Beat sugar and butter in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition. Add vanilla; beat until blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition. Divide dough in half, shape each half into disc. Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
