This bread was a family favorite that Mom used to make. It is very good served warm.

Steps:
- 1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Set aside.
- 2. Beat eggs slightly in large bowl then add: sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
- 3. Add dry ingredients stirring only until moistened.
- 4. Spoon batter into two well greased and floured loaf pans.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
