Mom's White Chicken Chili image

My mom found this recipe in a recipe/Christmas craft book a few years ago. I just love it. In my opinion it's actually better than a brown chili. But I do like both :)

Number Of Ingredients 12

6 can(s) 15 1/2 oz each great northern beans, drained and rinsed
3 can(s) 5 oz each chicken, drained
32 oz chicken broth
3 c 12 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
2 4 1/2 oz cans diced green chiles
2 small onions, chopped
1 1/2 c sour cream
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot. Simmer for 30 mins. or till heated thru.
