Mom's Ultimate Salsa image

0.5 units onion
1 units cilantro
1 units serrano pepper
2 cans tomatoes
1 teaspoons salt
2 cloves garlic

Steps:

  • Peel and cut 1/2 large onion into fourths. Pull leaves from the cilantro, to start use about half of the bushel. Cut pepper into chunks.
  • Add all ingredients into the food processor. Blend all ingredients together.
  • Taste, and add more cilantro, salt, garlic to your fit taste.
