When my kid's were young and I was broke (single Mom), this was a reoccurring 'staple' at our dinner table! The kid's loved it, and it only took a few mins to throw together after a long day at work!

Steps:
- 1. Heat the oven to 425*. Place pie crust in glass pie pan (prick bottom of shell),bake for approx 15mins.
- 2. Cook and brown beef (broken up into small pieces), onion, garlic in 10 inch skillet until brown; drain off grease. Sprinkle with salt and flour. Stir in pickle liquid, milk, pickles and 1-1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese (I use the package kind or grate my own off a block). Spoon into pie shell.
- 3. Bake 15 mins; sprinkle the rest of shredded cheese over top. Bake until crust is golden brown, about 5 mins longer.
