Steps:
- 1. Melt one stick of butter in a 350 degree oven in a 9x13 baking pan that has been coated with butter or nonstick spray
- 2. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and salt.
- 3. When butter has melted, pour the batter over the melted butter.
- 4. Spoon fruit of choice on top of batter. Cherry pie filling is excellent as is blueberries or peaches or a combination of whatever you like. Canned peaches with French Vanilla Ice Cream is to die for.
