MOM'S FUDGE ICING image

1/2 C cocoa
1/2 C milk
1/2 C butter
2 C sugar

Steps:

  • Combine all ingrediants in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from fire and stir until the icing starts to thicken. Pour over cake.
