MOM'S BRISKET image

Brisket
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 teaspoon celery seed
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Woody's Cooking Sauce (Krafts BBQ Sauce)

Steps:

  • Place brisket fat side down on a large, doubled piece of heavy foil. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Wrap cover tightly. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Cook at 325 all day - cook in the foil package.
