Molasses Cookies image

These have been a family favorite for over 40 years

Number Of Ingredients 8

2/3 c wesson oil
1 c sugar
1 egg
1/4 malasses
2 c flour
1 tsp cinnimon
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp soda

Steps:

  • 1. Mix first 4 ingredients together
  • 2. Add the next 4 ingredients
  • 3. I use 1" cookie scoop, but can just make into 1"cookies by rolling into a ball,then roll in sugar to coat
  • 4. place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes
