Number Of Ingredients 10

3/4 c butter
3 c sugar
3 eggs
7 over-ripe bananas
1--12 oz tub of sour cream
4 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 c nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, pureed bananas, sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
  • 2. Add flour, salt, and soda together then add to cream mixture. Mix well. Add nuts if desire.
  • 3. Pour into 2 or 3 greased loaf pans and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
