Mock Strawberry Pie image

from my Mother-in-Laws recipe box; she left to me when she passed; about 20 years ago now...

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup(s) ground raw cranberries
1 cup(s) ground raw apple (peel and all)
1/4 cup(s) crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

  • combine ingredients in order given; and place into an unbaked pie shell; top with pastry; and bake at 375* for 45-50 min. Enjoy!
