Steps:
- 1. Melt candy quick according to package directions or in the top of a double boiler. Add a few drops of peppermint oil until desired flavor. Dip crackers in melted chocolate and place on waxed paper to dry.
- 2. Store in airtight container.
- 3. TIP: Candy quick is found in the baking aisle during the Christmas holidays.
