- Make the Angel food cake Cream the butter until soft gradually add icing sugar, salt and vanilla Add egg yolks beaten Beat all until smooth Add melted chocolate and coffee (cold) fold in egg whites chill before putting into layers of cake When the angel food cake has cooled, cut into 6 layers with serated knife Spread the mocha evenly between layers and put in fridge until ready to serve Whip up the whipping cream and cover the cake just before serving or leave in fridge with whipping cream until served
