MOCHA CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE image

Yield 1 9-inch pie

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 cups of chocolate cookie crumb crust
3 Tbs. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
3 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
2 Tbs. instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tbs. warm water
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup mini-chocolate chips
Whipped topping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine cookie crumbs and butter and press firmly on the bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, then gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except chips and whipped topping. Mix well. Stir in 3/4 chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Just before serving, remove sides of springform pan. Garnish with whipped topping and remaining 1/4 cup chips. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
