1 can (18.5 oz) New England clam chowder
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In 2-quart saucepan, stir together all ingredients except cheese. Cook over medium heat until hot, stirring frequently.
  • To serve, ladle chowder into bowls; sprinkle with cheese.
