2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup chopped deluxe mixed nuts
round buttery crackers

Steps:

Mix all ingredients except nuts and crackers.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Shape into ball; roll in nuts.
Serve with the crackers.
