Miso Glazed Sea Bass with Furikake image

You can buy Furitake at most Asian Markets or online.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/3 cup(s) each sake, mirin, and white miso
3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
4 sea bass filets
2 tablespoon(s) scallions chopped
furikake for garnish

Steps:

  • Mix the Sake, Mirin, Miso, Brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the Bass and let marinate it the fridge for 6 hours.
  • Preheat the broiler and remove the bass from the marinade and place on a baking sheet.
  • Broil the fish until opaque in the center. About 6 minutes. Turning half way through and brushing with the marinade.
  • Transfer to a plate and garnish with scallions and Furitake
